Everyone is saying it, so you know it’s true: the real estate market is on fire.  If you are thinking of upgrading OR downsizing, you are likely concerned about the timing of buying and selling in Austin.

Okay, so you know you want to move… or else you probably wouldn’t be reading this blog right now.  But do you know where?  There are lots of things to take into consideration, and while price is important, there are many other issues.  A short list of things to consider might be:

  • Schools and school district
  • Proximity to work
  • Size of the home
  • Neighborhood Amenities
  • Neighborhood Lifestyle
  • Overall Price and Price Per Square Foot
  • Proximity to Outdoor Recreation
